1. STAGE PREPARERS

a.  WORK DESCRIPTION :

To put up and set-up the Podiums. microphone stand, musical instruments, Filipino Ministry Sign board, Speakers on stage. Plug them to power. Then to put them back at the storage in Bldg 8, after the worship service.

b.  HOURS PER WEEK 30 minutes or less

c.  LEVEL OF COMMITMENT: Member or Regular Attender

2. SOUND OPERATORS

a.  WORK DESCRIPTION :

To set-up Microphones and cables needed for singing and speaking. To plug-in the musical instruments to the Stage sound board. Do a Sound check before the start of every worship or program gathering. To monitor the Sounds and record preaching at the sound board. Then to return back the microphone, cables, plugs to their proper places after the worship service.

3. POWER POINT PERSONNEL

a.  WORK DESCRIPTION :

To set-up the Sunday PPT file to the church computer every Sunday. To operate it during the Praise Team Singing, Preaching, Announcements and anything that pertains the service of the PowerPoint.

b.  HOURS PER WEEK: 1.5 Hours

c.  LEVEL OF COMMITMENT: Member or Regular Attender

d.  TENURE : One Year

4. ATTENDANCE COUNTERS

a.  WORK DESCRIPTION :

To count weekly attendance and report it to Valley Baptist via text messaging. To get names and other details of the new attenders. To mark attenders at the church app called TOUCHPOINT'.

b.  HOURS PER WEEK: 1 Hour or less

c.  LEVEL OF COMMITMENT: Member or Regular Attender

5. SCRIPTURE READER

a.     WORK DESCRIPTION : To lead scripture reading on a Sunday.

b.    HOURS PER WEEK: 15 Minutes

c.     LEVEL OF COMMITMENT: Member or Regular Attender.

d.    TENURE : One Year

6. SCRIPTURE READER-SCHEDULER

a.     WORK DESCRIPTION :

Keeps the lists of Scripture Readers. To promote and keep list of weekly readers. To remind scheduled readers prior to Sunday. To look for Substitute on cases readers can't make it. To coordinate with Program coordinator who the scheduled reader for the week.

b.    HOURS PER WEEK: 30 mins — 1 hour

c.     LEVEL OF COMMITMENT: Member or Regular Attender.

7. SPECIAL NUMBER

a.     WORK DESCRIPTION :

To render Christian and Sound Music either by singing or playing an instrument on any part of the worship service or church program.

b.    HOURS PER WEEK: 30 mins — 1 hour. Which includes performance and personal

practice

8. INSTRUMENTALIST

a.     WORK DESCRIPTION : To serve by accompanying singers and working with other instrumentalists during worship service and other special occasions. Depending on expertise, might be requested to accompany Special number renderers.

b.    HOURS PER WEEK: 4 hours — which includes the weekly practice with other members and the actual performance for the day. Personal practice not accounted for in the estimate

c.     LEVEL OF COMMITMENT: Member

9. ALTAR CALL RECEIVERS/PRAYER PARTNERS

a.     WORK DESCRIPTION : To receive people coming forward, ask them about their decision when they came forward. Then to pray for them OR with them and acconipany the person during the duration they are in front. To get their name, address and other details. Hand over the details to the pastor and follow-up volunteers.

b.    HOURS PER WEEK: 30 or less for Sunday's Altar Call. Other time depending if the same person will be the one to talk with them for the week.

c.     LEVEL OF COMMITMENT: Member

10. HOME BIBLE STUDY HOSTS

a.     WORK DESCRIPTION : To host a Bible Study Food is optional.

b.    HOURS PER WEEK: 1.5 hours — 2 hours or the duration of the Bible Study.

c.     LEVEL OF COMMITMENT: Member or Attender

d.    TENURE :  Open

11. VISITATION and FOLLOW UP Volunteers

a.  WORK DESCRIPTION : Do home visitation of new corners. Or Make phone calls or text as a follow up for New corners.

b. HOURS PER WEEK: 1.5 hours — 2 hours. But it can vary
